Founders and Leadership Team
Imoh Ituen – Founder & Head Chef
Imoh is a passionate food entrepreneur with a background in culinary arts and nutrition. He started Food By Imoh with the belief that healthy meals should be exciting, accessible, and affordable for students. With years of experience in both local and international cuisine, Imoh leads the kitchen with creativity and care.
Sarah Lee – Operations Manager
Sarah has a degree in Business Administration and oversees daily operations, customer relations, and logistics. Her organizational skills ensure that the company runs smoothly and efficiently.
David Brown – Marketing & Community Engagement Lead
David specializes in digital marketing and community outreach. He builds partnerships, manages brand presence, and ensures Food By Imoh is always connected to student life and local events.
Our Story and Milestones
2022 – Idea conceived by Imoh while studying at Trent University Durham GTA.
2023 – First small catering service launched for campus events.
2024 – Official launch of Food By Imoh with a growing menu and online ordering system.
2025 – Expanded operations to serve a wider community and partnered with student organizations.
